Terms & Conditions

By signing this application, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment: Referral Influencers will earn $50 per successful referral. A referral is considered successful when the referred individual completes a tax filing with ATAX Tax Services from the Lima, Ohio, Kimberly, Florida, or East Port Plaza, Florida offices.

2. Ethical Participation: Influencers must adhere to ethical marketing practices. Spamming, misleading information, or fraudulent referrals will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

3. Payment Schedule: Payments will be processed within 15 business days after a referral is confirmed successful.

4. Tax Responsibilities: Influencers are responsible for reporting their earnings for tax purposes and will receive a 1099 form for total earnings exceeding $600 in a calendar year.

5. Termination: ATAX reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Influencer Program at any time, with written notice to participants.

6. Confidentiality: Influencers must maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information related to ATAX Tax Services.
